The Support Portal is a documentation hub for XWiki's products. XWiki is an extensible open source platform for developing collaborative applications on top of the wiki paradigm.

MY ROLE
I've designed and prototyped the Support Portal, which is a support and documentation wiki for customers. It is dedicated to paying customers and provides access to versioned documentation and training material. I had to provide the structure and design for the desired functionalities, making sure there is consistency between the internal products (another example is the Customers Network).
